Pricing
All prices are in Canadian dollars. If you are located in USA or any country other than Canada, the charges will be converted to your country's currency by your credit card company and will show up on your bill under the name of Forever Healthy.

Shipping
We have secured a commercial account with Canada Post and therefore our shipping charges are very minimal. We suggest you use Canada Post as a delivery method whenever possible to minimize your shipping cost. We ship by Express Post to Canada and USA, and by Airmail to all other countries. All packages are sent insured and guaranteed for delivery.

Sales Terms
All sales are final. We accept NO RETURNS and issue NO REFUNDS on all our products due to several reasons: proper handling, possible tampering, quality, freshness and liability. We have no way of knowing what someone does with the product once it is out of our hands. Therefore we never accept returns to ensure your safety, and your privilege of getting the freshest product available.

If you are in anyway not happy with the quality of a product, in most instances we offer a replacement or credit. More and more manufacturers are offering replacement credit to us for special quality concerns, so we do support most of our products this way. Garden of Life, Pure Planet, Green Kamut Corporation, Essential Botanicals, Living Tree, Living Life Vegan Flora will in most instances upon inspection issue a credit for their products.

All equipment items have various manufacturer warranties that cover repair or replacement.
