Animal Products Q: Wayne, are animal foods really necessary to live a healthy diet? - Leigh S. A: Yes and No. There are two sides to this story. Ideally I believe we are all meant to be vegetarians. 65% of the world population is vegetarian. But this is hardly an ideal world. I think there are certain people who need some animal products. Here are the considerations for eating or needing animal products: It is estimated that genetically humans have changed only 2% since the
time science world could measure. Unfortunately modern times have created
a genetic weakening and very damaging era in our history. There are more
and more diseases than ever. More and more unhealthy and sick people.
More chemicals from personal care products, pesticides, air pollution
and weakened immunity from poor diet, lack of exercise, poor emotional
and spiritual challenge management, which long term suppresses the immune
system. Vaccines are grown on animal tissues, such as monkey kidneys, chicken
embryos, guinea pig cells or aborted human fetuses? Yuck! So please stay
away from flu shots or any vaccinations. If one has a strong immune system
one can avoid taking these harmful, deceptive immunizations. I can only
recommend you get one of many books that discuss vaccines so you can see
there are alternative ways to deal with this serious issue. Are animal products harmful? Can they make us healthy? Should we eat them? Is there a secret to consuming them? Yes! I can tell you what I have personally experienced. I experimented with animal products and found some amazing information regarding their use. I do believe, that being vegetarian is our ideal, but there are long-lived cultures that do eat some animal foods and remain very healthy and live into their 90's, 100's and beyond. For 1.5 years, 2 years ago, I ate fish, cream, eggs, cheese, milk and sometimes beef at least 3 or more times a week. I checked my cholesterol before I started and checked it again after I stopped consuming these products. My whole life (now 39 years young!) I have had a very low cholesterol level of 2.7-3.1 Canadian or 104-120 U.S. After 1.5 years of eating animal products at least 3 times a week and going from a vegetarian and 90%+ raw diet, I actually dropped my cholesterol from 2.8 to 2.7! So what causes cholesterol? How did I actually lower my cholesterol?
1. I would never recommend eating any animal products from a super market
or restaurant (unless you know it's organic). There are two more, absolutely crucial and important tips for consuming any animal products. I will be happy to reveal the secrets to regenerating your body with animal foods, to you either through our Life Extension or any one of our lectures or by calling and setting up a customized consultation. Please do not consume animal products unless you know these two very important considerations and you want to greatly improve your health. The bottom line is sometimes we get ill and a vegetarian diet might not work in the short term. There is no one answer to all illnesses. There is no one person or method that works with every condition. The only thing that does make sense is that a healthy diet does correlate to a long life. No country that eats refined and excess cooked foods lives long, healthy, disease-free lives. So, more fresh and raw foods is certainly one important common factor for long, healthy life. Only two questions/factors I can think of as to why animal foods, eaten with the six factors that I recommend work to rebuild the body. 1. Is it because the body can take up to 1.5 years to regain good intestinal
absorption and liver function, so in a mean time we need the animal class
of food nutrition? or The Forever Healthy 5 Minute Recipe System is a complete balanced food
program for Vibrant Health Now. For those that believe in blood types,
I can only say that I have not seen any statistical evidence that blood
types diet work. Is it 50%? 90%? 10%? So, if one needs animal foods (and follows the above mentioned guidlines) to rebuild their body for a short time and then have the rest of their lives to be vegetarian and healthy, I believe this is small price to pay for a long and healthy life. |
